Ingredients:
325 ml of your favorite mac n'cheese recipe
500 ml of guacamole
325 ml of breadcrumbs
125 grams of flour
2 eggs, beaten
175 ml of breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the guacamole.
3. Shape into small balls and stuff each of them with a bit of mac n'cheese.
4. Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes.
5. Roll each ball in flour, then the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
6. Place balls in muffin baking tin.
7. Bake for about 3 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
