Markham’s City Harvest is your space to swap your excess home-grown produce and connect with other food growers in the community. It’s a fun filled day for the whole family with lots of fresh produce, culinary workshops, children’s activities, tea and treats. Veggie swaps work on the principle of sharing. Gardeners bring surplus produce from their backyard gardens to swap – everyone contributes what they can, and can take what they will use.
