The Regional Municipality of York is accepting applications for resident members to help plan York Region by joining its first Planning Advisory Committee.
The Committee will support York Regional Council and staff on key land use planning matters by providing input on topics that impact the long-term community vision for the Region. Residents with general knowledge of land use planning matters, including planning legislation, concepts or processes, are encouraged to apply.
Interested applicants can apply online by completing the form and attaching an up-to-date resume. Applicants preferring to apply by mail can download the application form. Mail the completed form and your resume to:

Applications will be accepted until Friday, May 5, 2017. The committee will begin meeting in 2018.
