Investigations Bureau are seeking information to identify a suspect involved after shots were fired into windows of a residence in the Town of Newmarket.
On Sunday, December 18, 2016, at approximately 10:30 a.m., police were called to Wesley Street for the sound of gunshots. When officers arrived they checked the area where the gunshots were believed to have been heard. Officers then located a residence where bullets had gone through multiple windows. The occupants of the home were not injured. Two men were seen running from the area towards a vehicle.

5’7” to 5’10”
Dark- coloured clothing
Vehicle:
Dark-coloured sedan
Investigators are asking any witnesses who may have been in the area at the time of the incident that have not yet spoken to police, anyone in the area that may have residential video surveillance systems, or anyone with information, to come forward.
