On Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Sandy LUONG, 23, from the City of Markham, was last seen walking away from her residence which is located in the area of Helen Avenue and Kennedy Road.
The investigation has revealed Ms. LUONG was last seen walking west on Helen Avenue towards Kennedy Road. It is out of character for Ms. LUONG to not be in contact with friends and family for this length of time and police are growing increasingly concerned about her well-being.
Investigators are urging anyone with information to please come forward and contact police.
