万锦公共图书馆将于国际妇女节举行关于女权主义的研讨会

万锦公共图书馆和约克区支持女性网络（Women’s Support Network of York Region）将于国际妇女节举行关于女权主义的研讨会。

组织者邀请公众参加，讨论的议题包括：为什么女性在媒体中被作为性对象（objectified ）？为什么女性的收入少于男性？为什么人们害怕自称“女权主义者”？当今社会还需要女权主义吗？你的经历是什么？

主讲者、嘉宾将和参加者互动，共同探讨。
